Effie Cinanni is a Professional Member of the Australian Marketing Institute, a Certified Practising Marketer (CPM) and a seasoned marketing and strategy expert with over 20 years of experience specialising in Small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Effie is well-versed in brand strategy, the development of marketing and communications plans and tactical implementation, making her a sought after professional in the field. She has held key roles in prominent corporate entities, including Accenture, Telstra, The Department of Health and Arrow, Effie’s impact is evident across diverse industries including Health, Aged Care, Retirement Living and Disability Services, Accounting & Professional Services, IT, Education, Not for Profits and Manufacturing.

Effie’s expertise has been recognised at a national level. In 2022, she served as a judge for the Australian Marketing Institute’s Marketing Excellence Awards and, in 2025, was named a finalist in the Certified Practising Marketer (CPM) of the Year category. In 2023, her pro bono work was honoured with a State Award in Education from the Victorian Multicultural Commission.

Her strategic capability is underpinned by world-class education. Effie holds credentials in Business Strategy from Harvard Business School Online and completed executive studies in Strategic Innovation at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom. She also holds a Master of Entrepreneurship from the University of Melbourne and was inducted into the Dean’s Honour Roll in 2025 in recognition of her academic excellence.

Julie is the Web Design and Development Lead at Small Chilli Marketing, specialising in creating dynamic SEO optimised WordPress websites and WooCommerce e-commerce platforms.

With extensive experience in web design and development, Julie assists clients with Google Business Profile and Google Analytics Setups & Management. Julie is known for her friendly, professional approach, making her easy to work with for clients and colleagues alike. She is passionate about helping Small to Medium Sized business get their business online.

Her expertise ensures that each project aligns with client goals, delivering engaging and effective online experiences that are on brand and convert visitors into paying customers.

Allira

Social Media & Content Strategist

Allira is a Content Strategist with experience helping businesses build their brand presence, engage audiences and achieve meaningful results through social media and content creation. She is well versed in managing Facebook and Instagram accounts from concept through to published posts, she ensures consistency, quality and alignment with each client’s brand and marketing objectives. She is well versed in video content creation for social media reels and creates short-form content that helps elevate brands across social media platforms.

Having worked across industries including skin clinics, dental practices, hospitality, wellness, e-commerce and professional services, Allira has developed a strong ability to understand different businesses, their customers and what makes them unique. She enjoys working with Small Chilli Marketing clients to create content that is authentic, relevant and tailored to each brand’s personality and goals. She takes the time to deeply understand the target audience’s pain points and buying triggers.

 She takes a hands-on approach to social media management, overseeing everything from strategy and content planning through to content creation, design, and photography. Known for her creativity, attention to detail and collaborative approach, Allira works closely with clients to develop engaging content that builds trust and strengthen brand awareness.

Josie

With over 20 years of experience as a professional editorial photographer, Josie is a Melbourne-based specialist in corporate, editorial, and event photography.

Her expertise spans from dynamic group portraits and headshots to architectural photography, corporate events, and in-studio product shoots.

Josie’s work isn’t just about capturing great images—it’s about creating compelling visual content that elevates brands and businesses.

Her photography is widely used across digital and print marketing, including social media posts and campaigns, websites, brochures, sales presentations, and product promotions. Whether it’s vibrant product imagery, powerful corporate headshots, or captivating event photography, Josie’s artistic eye and technical precision ensure each shot makes a lasting impact.
