Effie Cinanni is an Associate Member of the Australian Marketing Institute and a Certified Practising Marketer (CPM).
She is degree qualified in Marketing & Finance and has worked in marketing and business consulting roles for over for 20 years.  She has worked for large corporate organisations including, Accenture, Telstra, The Department of Health and Human Services and more recently as the National Marketing Manager of Arrow Research Corporation. She has served hundreds of Small to Medium sized businesses across a range of industries – including, Accounting, Financial and Information Technology services, Real Estate, Allied Health, Aged Care and Disability Services, Children’s Services and Building and Construction. Effie has also held positions on the judging panel of the Australian Marketing Institute’s – Marketing Awards for Excellence program, as a category judge.   Effie assists clients to increase their brand awareness and visibility, drive traffic to their websites, generate leads and improve sales and overall profitability.

Effie also has experience working in management consulting roles in process analysis and business improvement. Her experience encompasses all facets of marketing, including marketing strategy and planning, digital marketing, social media, content marketing, communications, branding, copywriting and event management.

​Tania has over 20 years experience in marketing, design and communication strategy across corporate, government, education, FMCG, retail, not-for-profit and social enterprises. With experience as a creative director, graphic designer and digital lead she has worked on hundreds of projects both on and offline including website development, brand strategy and development from initial concept to print.  Her work includes the design and development of logos and a variety of marketing collateral, print advertisements, signage and apparel. Tania is also a creative and online strategist with a demonstrated history of strong results across, education, allied health, aged care and disability, professional services, technology and media.  Coupled with her marketing and web design skills, Tania also has deep experience in training and workshop facilitation.  

Tania holds a Bachelor of Education and an M.A. in Marketing.

Laia Boukouvalas has over 12 years of diverse marketing experience, including roles in Digital Marketing, Account Management, Sales and administration.  She holds a Bachelor of Business Marketing degree from RMIT University and has worked a variety of industries including FMCG and for Australia’s No. 1 online beauty brand.  Her specialist skills are in content marketing and development, copywriting, e-commerce, online stores and digital marketing. She has developed, executed and managed content strategies to attract the target audiences of many small to medium sized businesses. Her friendly and helpful nature, coupled with her ‘can do’ attitude makes her a valuable addition to the team. She is focused on helping clients create successful businesses that attract the right customers and she is dedicated to helping them represent their brands in the most optimal way.
